You need a SafeCert Level 3 (or equivalent) Patient Handling Trainer qualification. Our course includes a free PDLSG teaching award. You also need relevant healthcare experience and a current patient handling certificate. No prior teaching experience is required.
The course is 2 full days (16 hours). This includes both theoretical knowledge and practical training skills to equip you to start training immediately after certification.
